I started my career with Merrill Lynch in 1986 when retail brokerage was a strategic form of 
proprietary product distribution. Not wanting to lend to this practice, I joined City Federal Savings as a Financial Advisor. I thrived in the bank environment, (face to face business, personalized attention and as a respected advisor) until, unfortunately, the bank was taken under control of the RTC. Eventually in 1990 all of the assets were sold off and accounts were distributed between Invest and MDS. Fortunately, the President of City Federal Securities saw my raw talent and recruited me to MDS where I became a partner in the firm. In particular, I was to aid in the development of a retail effort, ( site selection, recruiting, training and oversight ) in addition to personal production. MDS was eventually sold and rather than going back into the revolving door, I decided to establish my own firm based on my personal beliefs in industry direction, client needs and management practices.

I successfully operated and grew my firm for 13 years based on my client philosophies, asset 
management processes and client management processes.

A) Client Philosophies: Integrity, dedication and compassion are the 3 main ingredients. In my 20 + years in this industry I've never encountered a client complaint or regulatory issue. Doing what's right for the client means putting their best interest first and foremost. Drawing on experience and knowledge, putting yourself in your clients shoes.

B) Asset Management Practices: The nucleus of my asset management practice is a personalized, specific and comprehensive financial strategy. I have practiced MPT since 1993 which is the primary engine used to develop each strategy as well as a means for ongoing periodic reviews.

C) Client Management Practices: They primary focus for CMP is establishing, ( and periodic re-setting ) client expectations through a means of replacing emotion driven decisions with a well 
thought out and properly executed strategy, (see above). Once this has been accomplished, (for 
some clients they quickly adopt to the process while for others it will take time, patience and 
multiple appointments ) communication, performance and trust are the cornerstones to nurturing 
client relationships.

Personal: 
I will be married to my wife Lisa in August of 2008 for 15 years, 2 children Kyle, 11 and 
Kayla 9. Enjoy golf, fishing, reading and cooking.
